Now Hiring - Sales Coordinator in Sunnyvale, TX

W&B Service Company has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Coordinator at its Sunnyvale, TX location. We are the largest transport refrigeration dealer of Carrier Transicold, a world leader in Truck, Trailer and rail refrigeration systems. We are also the nation’s largest full-service Hyundai Translead trailer dealer. We have 20 locations throughout the Southwest, including Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to Sales Team

· Complete financing Applications and Sales Invoicing

· Assist in managing equipment inventory

· Issuing of temporary tags and delivery receipts

· Knowledge of equipment sales and invoicing

· Understanding of accounting principles

· Other duties as needed to meet business needs

Education/Training/Experience Requirements

· High School Diploma or GED

· Spanish language required

· 2-3 years’ experience in Sales Administration

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent organization and time management skills

· Strong Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
